What Does Being Involved Look Like?
Here's a plain-language rundown of what being involved actually looks like.
Time
Attendance expectations are flexible — many of our members balance Rotary alongside full-time work, young families, or other commitments. We expect members to attend meetings OR be involved in a project twice a month.
Cost

Getting involved, at your own pace
There's no single “right” way to participate — some members focus on one project they love; others prefer a broader involvement. Rotary has a lot to offer. We find it helps to assign a member to guide you for the at least the first 6 months - a mentor.
Leadership roles
Some members eventually take on leadership roles — always optional, generally clearly scoped, and supported when they do. We are happy to sponsor any member to attend RLI (Rotary Learning Institute) - a is a great way to learn about this fantastic oragtnisation.
