Rotary is a hands-on club — our members turn up and get things done, week after week. Here's a taste of what that looks like.

In our own community:

  • Fortnightly Markets — one of our longest-running, best-loved projects, run almost entirely by volunteer members.

  • Australia Day celebrations — a highlight of our calendar, bringing the whole community together.

  • Youth programs — supporting young people through leadership and exchange opportunities.

  • Op Shop — recycling pre-loved clothes, household items, and knick-knacks into funds for local causes.

  • Friends of Nepean Emergency (FONE) — activity kits and teddy bears for young patients, plus coffee and orientation support for families in the Emergency Department.

  • Bush Care — restoring and protecting local bushland through hands-on weeding, native planting, and track maintenance.

  • Community recognition and awards nights, celebrating outstanding local contributions.
Beyond our own backyard

  • Supporting Rotary International's global drive to eliminate polio.

  • Building and sustaining schools in northern Cambodia and Mando, Papua New Guinea.

  • Ongoing support for an orphan and an orphanage in Kenya.
