On the last Sunday in July and the first Sunday in August, our members enjoyed working with Blue Mountains Council staff at the open days for Lapstone tunnel.
The BBQ was fired up, our happy chefs were busy cooking bacon and eggs for the first BBQ and Sausages and Onions for the second BBQ. Our friendly serving staff were happily engaged in providing not only the food to our customers but having great conversations and lots of fun.
It was great to be part of a once in a generation opportunity to transform a dormant heritage asset into a landmark gateway destination for the Blue Mountains.
